New Moto 360 leaks again with a sharper display

Last month we got a first look at what appeared to be the second-generation Moto 360, thanks to a slip-up from Lenovo’s CEO. Now, a new leak claims to show the wearable device up-close while revealing one key upgraded piece of hardware.

The new Moto 360 looks like a pretty iterative update, but the company may focus on improving the display this time around. That means a full 360 degree screen without that ugly blacked out portion you get on the current model. It could also mean an upgraded 360 x 360-pixel resolution (up from the 320 x 290-pixel display on the original).

Beyond that we’re not really sure what to expect from the new wearable, though it may feature new colors and customization options. We expect some upgraded internal hardware as well, but it’s unclear what type of processor or battery Motorola will pick. Lenovo previously hinted that the upcoming device could be “more beautiful and more like a clock.”

We still don’t know what that means, but we’re pretty excited to see what the company has planned.
